These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from PearlPik. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to trick you — if anything is unclear, ask us.

Who you're dealing with

Ordering

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is accepted, and it's complete when the order ships.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, was listed at an obviously wrong price, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, you get a full refund and an email explaining why.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day returns on everything we sell. The full details — how to start a return, condition requirements, and refund timing — are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Payments

Payments are handled by Shopify. Your use of Shopify's checkout is also subject to Shopify's own terms. We never see or store your full card details.

Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens vary and minor differences in color or finish can occur. If an item arrives meaningfully different from what was described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Faulty goods

Everything we sell is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery — a pen that will not charge, will not switch on or will not vibrate, or a tip that arrives bent or broken To make a claim, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.

Safe use

PearlPik is a cosmetic at-home oral-care tool, not a medical device and not a toy. It is not a replacement for professional dental cleanings. Use it gently on the tooth surface, not on gums, and start on the softest mode. If you have sensitive teeth, crowns, veneers, braces, implants or any dental work, or are under a dentist's care, check with your dentist before use. Not for children. Charge it with the included cable, keep the charging port dry, and do not leave it charging unattended. Each user should have their own tip.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, layout, and branding — belongs to PearlPik and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
